Before this song,
We were both working on our own projects and albums.
Until one day,
I went to L.A. for a couple of weeks, and Lisa was in Sydney.
When I came back to her, Lisa was happy and mad at the same time,
And asked me never to leave her for so long again.
After that, I started to think, “How can we both work on music, touring, performing and never leave each others side?”
So I grab a guitar, sit down with Lisa, & we started to write this song. “King & Queen”
We don’t need to conquer the world,
Just staying with each other, in love.
And you’ll be my Queen, I will be your King.
